This tense is characteristic because in all the pronouns uses the same verb in participle: BEEN (estado), again the auxiliar verb that we use is have or has according with the pronoun and the principal verb is a verb in present with -ING.
HAVE: I, You, We They
HAS: He, She, It.
Examples:
Affirmative Form:
-I have been playing with him in my house.
-She has been eating a hamburger with her friends.
-We have been sleeping in the car.
Negative Form:
-I haven`t been playing with him in my house.
-She hasn`t been eating a hamburger with her friends.
-We haven`t been sleeping in the car.
Interrogative Form:
-Have I been playing with him in my house?
-Has She been eating a hamburger with her friends?
-Have We been sleeping in the car?
